Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old to create a VFitness account.

Give accurate information when you sign up and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.

Do not share your account with anyone else. Your membership is for you alone.

VFitness memberships are billed monthly through PayPal until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

Prices may change with reasonable notice. If a price changes, we will tell you before your next renewal.

If you buy a session package, the sessions it contains are governed by the terms of that package, including its expiry date.

Use your sessions before the package expires. Expired sessions cannot be recovered unless the package terms say otherwise.

VFitness provides fitness coaching and general fitness information. It is not medical advice, and our coaches are not medical professionals.

Consult a physician before starting any fitness or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from an injury.

Stop exercising and seek medical care if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath.

You keep ownership of the content you create, such as posts, photos, and form check videos. You give VFitness permission to store and show that content inside the app in order to deliver the service.

Treat other members with respect. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, and body shaming are not allowed and can lead to removal.

Do not post content that is illegal, harmful, or that infringes someone else’s rights.

Refunds are handled according to our refund policy, which is available on request at support@vfitness.app.

Where a refund is due, it is returned to the original payment method.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VFitness is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.

Exercise carries an inherent risk of injury. You use the app and follow any program at your own risk, and you are responsible for training within your own capacity.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of The Bahamas.
