Refund Policy
How cancellations and refunds work at VFitness.
Monthly memberships
You can cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Where a refund is due, it is returned to the original payment method.
Session packages
Session packages are governed by the terms of the package you bought, including their expiry dates. Unused sessions in an expired package cannot be recovered unless the package terms say otherwise.
Requesting a refund
Email vfitnessbah@gmail.com from the address on your account with the details of your request. We review every request and respond within two business days. See the Terms of Service for the full terms.
